I have a couple of go to smoothie recipes that I just cannot quit.

Every once in awhile I will pick up a new seasonal fruit just to switch it up but for the most part it is a small revolving circle that keeps me full and work well with my paleo based diet. Most of my smoothies are 3-4 ingredients tops! 

If you follow me on insta you see this tride and true smoothie at least once a week. It is an OG. I love it so much I just cannot get enough of it. Honestly I just prefer make my smoothies at home, its cheaper and you know exactly what is going into them.. without further ado.. here is my MAIN Squeeze

Ingredients:

Blueberries

Almond Milk

1-2 Frozen Bananas 

1 DATE

*optional*

1 or 2 scoops of crunchy Almond Butter

2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen powder

Directions:


Let banana(s) thaw out ever so slightly so you can cut the peel off, I slice it in half and then length wise as shown below


Toss into the Blender

Then add a handful of blueberries or two 

1 scoop of Almond Butter

Then 2 scoops of Vital Protein powder

Almond Milk to desired thickness

Garnish with a couple Blueberries and a dollop of Almond Butter


And Viola.. A dairy free, paleo/vegan friendly smoothie
